We are Lucie & Sam, a husband and wife photography team located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our main passions are Wedding Photography, Destination Weddings, Engagements, Pregnancy, Newborn, Children, Boudoir, Family, and Pet portraiture. With our studio in the Rose Garden of San Jose, we are able to do in studio photos, but love to move outside for more adventurous and natural lighting shots. Traveling to distant areas and destination spots is no stranger to our cameras. We love getting out and exploring to get a great experience with our photographs. We want our shots to be real and all about who you are. It is our passion to deliver a great product, put a smile on your face, and most importantly make "Music for your eyes...".
As mentioned we do travel the world to get some of the most amazing shots. We have been priveledged to have shot several destination weddings in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Scotland, New York, Illinois, Philadelphia, Hawaii, Carmel, Napa Valley, and even closer to our nook of the world, up in the Sierra-Nevada mountains. Some locations were in brilliant castles made of stone while others were rough travels over rock just to get to get to the ceremony site. Like we say, no location is too far for us.
Our style is a mix of photo journalistic, modern, fashion, and a twist of traditional to appreciate the roots and true nature of great photography. We are creative in that we love to be thrown into new environments that challenge us to come up with new compositions. A lot of times we don't get to script our shots because we travel to so many new locations, but fovaroably for us, we are quick on our feet and excited with our vision to keep looking for that next amazing shot to capture you within. It's a challenge that we enjoy.

LucieXYZ is on Vacation Down Under!!
We will be out of the office for a brief vacation to Australia. We will monitor our emails as best as we can, but phone calls will be tough. We will try to return messages as soon as possible. We will see you when we return at the beginning of February.
